Overall, my stay was remarkable, akin to living in a luxurious home. The villa suite was absolutely stunning, spacious, and felt just right. The dining options were delicious, and the spa facilities were inviting, though I couldn’t benefit from treatments due to bookings. Unfortunately, I did experience a significant issue with theft during my visit which disappointed me greatly, making me hesitant to return despite the overall positive experience.
My experience at this hotel was really disappointing. Despite being in a lovely location with beautiful grounds, the service was abysmal, and the food left much to be desired. The issues with the booking and air conditioning ruined what should have been a relaxing getaway. I left feeling frustrated and unappreciated, especially given the high prices. It's a shame because the ambiance has potential, but it's overshadowed by poor service and management.
My stay at the Saxon was simply phenomenal! The hotel is a beautiful oasis with a peaceful atmosphere that makes you forget you're in the city. The staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. My only complaint would be the leisurely service at lunch, but it allowed us to unwind after a long journey. The amenities are top-notch, and I truly appreciated my time here.
My stay was simply outstanding. The atmosphere was like a hidden gem, and I felt like I had arrived in paradise the moment I walked in. The rooms were beautifully designed with ample space, and the luxurious touches made everything feel high-end. The dining options were exceptional, truly Michelin-level quality. However, while the service was generally attentive, there were moments when it could have been improved. Overall, I would say it was worth every penny for such a luxurious experience.
